About us
My name is Chief, and I’m the chief inspiration behind DogNerd. My mum, Anja Andjelic, offers a tailored, holistic approach to dog training and behaviour, suited to each dog’s individual needs. She is kind, non-judgemental, and focuses on helping dogs and owners understand each other better.
I have some health problems that made my behaviour a little challenging. My mum understands that behaviour problems are often a symptom, not a diagnosis, and she worked really hard to bring out the best in me, as she does with every dog.
My mum is extremely passionate about her work: she has done more courses than I have toes, and undertakes over 20 hours of CPD each month. If she is not training, she is planning training, or learning about training! Her qualifications include the Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Applied Animal Behaviour (passed with Distinction) – a true dog nerd!
